Evelyn Peters Kyle Angel Award for Club Service

This award is presented to an individual alumna who has served her club by performing those duties that often go unrecognized but serve to enhance the success of the alumnae organization. The award is presented in honor of Evelyn Peters Kyle, an outstanding leader of Pi Beta Phi Fraternity who gave more than 75 years of service and leadership to the Fraternity. Judging criteria include service, reliability, initiative, consistent contribution to the well-being of the club, and unstinting loyalty to Pi Beta Phi.

Emma Harper Turner Leadership Award

This award is presented to an individual alumna who provides exceptional leadership that contributed to the success of her alumnae club on the local level. This award is presented in honor of Emma Harper Turner who established the Alumnae Department in 1893. Judging criteria include demonstrated exceptional leadership skills; served as an effective alumnae club officer; aided in recruiting and maintaining dues-paying members; displayed creativity and flexibility in programming; encouraged long-range planning in her club; and broadened the scope of local alumnae by promoting the International aspects of the Fraternity.
